Kisqali (ribociclib) is a CDK4/6 inhibitor that works by blocking enzymes driving cell division. Combined with hormonal therapy such as letrozole or fulvestrant, it slows growth and shrinks estrogen receptor-positive breast tumors.

Kisqali gained FDA approval on March 13, 2017.
