Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) works by blocking an enzyme called Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK). This slows the growth and spread of malignant B cells, the abnormal white blood cells responsible for certain blood cancers. brukinsa price

Brukinsa first received FDA approval on November 14, 2019. Unlike older BTK inhibitors, Brukinsa was specifically designed for greater BTK selectivity and increased potency, which means it targets the BTK enzyme more precisely and is associated with fewer off-target effects. There is no generic version available.
